Group network learning platform officially launched

On the afternoon of May 9th and 10th, the group network learning platform kick-off meeting was held in Yangzi Xinfu and New Yangzi. 90 people from all departments of Yangzi Xinfu and New Yangzi shipyard participated in the kick-off meeting. Dr. Liang Zhongchen, Vice President of the School of Continuing Education of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, Dr. Cui Xiangming, Vice General Manager Mr. Zhang Hongfei of our group attended the meeting and delivered the speech.


  

The Group''s network learning platform is a set of online learning platform which supports the use of mobile phones and computers. It integrates curriculum tasks, course evaluation and sharing and examinations into a learning and management system. It is supported by Jiangsu University of Science and Technology.

 

Dr. Cui Xiangming from Jiangsu University of Science and Technology made a speech on the three aspects of solving the training problems, the characteristics of learning in the new era, and the key to learning. He stated how the knowledge and experience can be settled and passed down through management and learning, cultivate the habit of integrating work and study, and improve the performance of work as the ultimate goal.

 

The Director Mr. Gu Pengcheng of the training center reported the background of the network learning platform, the use objects, course content and management requirements as well as operational demonstrations to the attendance.

 

At the kick-off meeting, Vice General Manager Mr. Zhang Hongfei made a summary speech. He summarized the five characteristics of the learning platform. Firstly, the online learning platform is the group''s important part to create a learning organization, realize self-hematopoietic function and talent autonomy in the systematic project. Secondly, the platform''s students cover a wide range, from the company''s senior management to team leader, the scope of the future students will be further expanded to benefit more employees. Thirdly, the platform content is quite rich, more and better internal management training knowledge can be uploaded to expand the course quantity and will be more targeted. Fourthly, in addition to the compulsory courses, students can also choose courses according to their own needs to improve their comprehensive quality. Fifthly, the platform learning has assessment and incentives to ensure the learning efficiency and results.

 

Finally, Mr. Zhang put forward three suggestions for cultivating good habits of conscious learning, sharing and practical use.
